2.1 General Refund Conditions

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the refund period has expired

  • Completion of more than 50% of the test series

  • Requests made after the completion of the test series validity period

3. Refund Periods

3.1 Test Series Subscriptions

  • 7-Day Refund Period: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if less than 2 tests have been attempted
  • 14-Day Partial Refund: 50% refund available within 14 days if less than 25% of tests have been attempted
  • After 14 Days: No refunds available except in exceptional circumstances

3.2 Individual Test Purchases

  • 24-Hour Refund Period: Full refund available within 24 hours if the test has not been started
  • After Test Commencement: No refunds available once the test has been started

3.3 Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-Day Refund Period: Prorated refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • Usage Limitation: Refund amount will be calculated based on unused portion of the subscription

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, you can:

  • Bank Transfer Time: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
  • UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account

7. Promotional Offers and Discounts
