  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content continuously for more than 5 days, verified by our support team.
  • Duplicate payments made through the same payment method and transaction ID.
  • Billing errors that result in excess charges.
  • Cancellations made within the valid refund period as defined below, provided no premium content has been accessed.
  • Failure to deliver clearly promised services/features mentioned at the time of purchase.

🔒 Note: All refund claims must be submitted with proof and are subject to internal review and approval. Usage logs will be checked before any approval.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Premium content has been accessed (e.g., tests, PDFs, videos, mock papers).
  • Change of mind or decision reversal after purchase.

  • Refund requests after subscription expiry or validity end.

3.1 Test Series Subscriptions

  • Within 2 Days of Purchase: ✅ Full refund only if no premium content has been accessed (including tests, PDFs, solutions, or videos).
  • After 5 Days: ❌ No refunds, regardless of usage, except for duplicate payments or prolonged technical issues (more than 5 days).

3.2 Individual Test Purchases

  • ❌ No refunds, even if the test is only partially attempted, except for duplicate payments or verified technical issues that persist for more than 5 days.

3.3 Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 2 Days of Purchase: ✅ Refund allowed only if no premium content has been accessed.
  • After 2 Days of Purchase: ❌ No refunds, except for duplicate payments or verified technical issues that persist for more than 5 days.

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to our services:

  • Our team will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • If the issue persists continuously for more than 5 days despite our efforts, and is verified to be on our side (not due to user's internet/device/browser):
    • ✅ You may be eligible for a full refund or
    • 🔄 Extension of service validity (additional access days) may be provided as an alternative to refund.
  • All claims will be reviewed based on system logs, usage records, and support interaction history.

⚠️ Important: Refunds for technical issues will not be provided if:

  • The issue was caused by the user's device, internet, or third-party tools
  • Premium content was already accessed
